Members of the public routinely submit statements and other supporting documents to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors for them to review, consider, and address in their decision-making.

Not only does the County have NO standard practice for addressing public concerns or responding to citizens' questions, the County DOES NOT honor requests that these materials be included in the public record.

We are doing what they will not.
